I've never had a spa facial.  What can I expect?

Absolute relaxation - facials are for everyone. A facial is a relaxing way to get your skin healthier. Each facial is adjusted to complement you and your skin's specific needs.  Facials can help treat acne, sun damage, dry and oily skin.  For conditions that require more care see our "clinical services" under the services tab.

Treatment duration varies depending on the facial selected and can last from 30 to 90 minutes. Given the level of customization, no two facials are the same.  However, a 'typical' facial includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, skin treatment, face mask and facial massage.  Each experience is tailored to the level of correction and relaxation needed.  During this treatment you will undress to your level of comfort.  You will be properly draped throughout the entire session.  While it is not necessary to completely disrobe, removing restrictive clothes will enhance your comfort.

Lash Services- Which is right for me?

If you have light lashes you will love a lash tint. This treatment provides convenient, smudge-proof color year-round and is a great mascara alternative for those who frequently swim or sweat in the warmer months.

If you have lashes that come out straight or angle down, the lash lift is for you.  This 'perm' for your lashes will give them a natural looking curl. Pair this treatment with the tint for a total no-fuss, no-muss treatment.

If you have short lashes, we recommend RevitaLash. This lash growth serum enhances and strengthens lashes. Stop in or call to speak with a client care team member and see if this product is right for you.

What is a chemical peel?

Professionally applied peel solutions exfoliate dead skin cells, allowing deeper layers of fresh, untouched skin to be revealed. Regular treatments can even skin tone, clear acne, improve the appearance of aging and add glow to dull complexions. Peels are safe for all skin types.

Watch the La Bella Derma Peel Project to see three women experience a chemical peel for the first time.

How do I know which clinical skin care treatment to book?

To learn more about which clinical treatment (i.e. chemical peel, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion) is right for you, schedule a complimentary consultation with a client care team member. Depending on the duration of the service(s) recommended, there may be an option for treatment immediately following your consultation, however, longer services will need to be scheduled for a future date.

How much do I tip?

A 20% gratuity is standard for spa services.  While cash tips are greatly appreciated, gratuities may also be covered with a credit or gift card.

What do I wear?

Something comfortable - after a treatment you may feel too relaxed to bother with extra layers, buttons or straps.

Where do I park?

There is a parking garage right behind the building and several spots in front of the spa. All parking is metered at $1/hr. To pay directly from your smart phone, download the Park Mobile to pay from your device.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, no.  The state of Vermont limits access to registered service animals only.

Can my kids come and wait?

Please find child care for when you are receiving a service. It is important to maintain a comfortable, quiet environment for other patrons and we want to make sure you are able to relax during your self-care time.

Should I turn off my phone?

Yes. To avoid interruptions and get the most out of your treatment, please silence your phone.

Should I arrive early?

NEW CLIENTS: Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out required paperwork prior to your service.

RETURN CLIENTS: Please arrive to the spa 5 minute early to give yourself a chance to decompress before your skincare treatment.
